Is Vybe a Korean jewellery brand?

Vybe Global Store is a Bengaluru-based brand selling Korean-inspired jewellery and hair accessories, designed for shoppers in India who love K-style fashion.

Do you deliver across India?

Yes. We deliver across India. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Is shipping free?

Shipping is free on orders above ₹999. For smaller orders, any shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

Is Cash on Delivery available?

If Cash on Delivery is available for your PIN code, you'll see it as a payment option at checkout.

What is the 10% off?

Every product on our site is always priced 10% below its original price – no code needed.

Can I return or exchange an item?

We accept returns if an item arrives damaged, defective or wrong. Email support@vybeglobalstore.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos and your unboxing video. We can't accept change-of-mind returns because our pieces are made in small runs. Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy.

How long do refunds take?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we start the refund within 7 business days to your original payment method. COD orders are refunded by bank transfer.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes – you can cancel free of charge any time before your order is dispatched. Just email us your order number.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, tracking details are sent to the contact details you gave at checkout. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.

How do I care for my jewellery?

Keep it dry, put it on after perfume and lotion, take it off before showering or working out, and store each piece separately in a pouch or box to avoid scratches and tangling.
